Wrong or contradictory identity

The item, code, color, size, source, or contact changes without explanation.

Clarify

Decision-critical evidence is missing

The chart method, measurement, packed weight, price basis, or QC context is still open.

Compare

The row passes basic identity checks

Compare the nine points with other options while keeping the remaining uncertainty visible.

A high point total should not override a stop condition. Scoring helps prioritize comparable rows; it does not average away a mismatched source or high-pressure payment request.

Nine-point checklist

    The album or catalog photos show the details that matter.

    Watermarks and contact details are reasonably consistent.

    Sizing, measurements, or fit notes are visible when needed.

    Price is compared with similar results rather than judged alone.

    Shipping weight does not remove the value.

    The source or purchase link matches the item being shown.

    QC photos relate to the same item or source when available.

Worth another look, but still not verified. Record remaining uncertainty.

Several useful details exist, but important questions remain open.

Do not let one attractive photo carry the entire row.

Remove for now

The row does not yet justify the time required to keep it.

Strong example

A bag result scores for correct category, useful exterior and interior photos, consistent markings, visible dimensions, comparable price context, an estimated packed-weight note, a matching source link, relevant QC images, and a written save reason. A score of nine still does not authenticate the item or verify the seller.

Weak example

A result shows one polished front image and a vague title, with no dimensions, source, price context, weight question, QC reference, or stable contact. One or two visible points are not enough. Remove it for now or research the missing evidence.

One-sentence save rule

Save a result only when you can name the evidence that makes it useful and the uncertainty that still remains.

What to do next

If the category is wrong, return to category guidance. If the photos are weak, use the QC comparison. If packed weight changes the value, review the shipping-weight guide. If identity or payment claims remain unclear, stop at the safety checks.
