Why “price?” creates slow conversations

The receiver cannot know which photo, variant, quantity, currency, packing option, or destination you mean. A one-word message often produces a one-number reply that cannot be compared later. The goal is not a longer greeting; it is a cleaner information packet.

The six-line first message

  1. Identify the item. Send one direct URL and the visible product code.
  2. Name the variant. State color, size, material, version, and included pieces.
  3. State the quantity. Separate test quantity from a possible later quantity.
  4. Name the destination. Country is usually enough for an initial shipping discussion; avoid unnecessary personal data.
  5. Ask decision questions. Price basis, MOQ, measurements, packing, QC evidence, and shipping inputs.
  6. Request labels. Ask the responder to identify estimates, unavailable fields, and terms that may change.

Before and after

Hard to answer

“Hello, best price and shipping?”

The item, variant, quantity, destination, packing, and meaning of “best” are missing.

Easy to review

One item, one quantity, numbered questions

The receiver can answer each field and the buyer can compare the reply with another quote.

A reusable inquiry that still sounds human

Hello. I am checking [product code] at [direct URL], in [color / size / version]. I would like to test [quantity], with possible later quantity of [quantity]. Destination: [country]. Could you confirm: 1) availability of this exact variant; 2) MOQ and unit price in [currency request]; 3) item measurements or specifications; 4) standard packing and estimated packed weight; 5) available item-specific QC photos; and 6) what is excluded from the quote? Please mark anything that is only an estimate. Thank you.

Change the order and wording to fit the actual decision. Do not send the same generic paragraph to unrelated products.

Follow-up messages should close one gap

Measurement

“What was measured?”

Ask whether the number is body, flat garment, circumference, insole, outsole, or another method.

Price

“What is included?”

Confirm currency, quantity tier, packing, setup, fees, tax or duty assumptions, and validity date.

QC

“Which exact item?”

Request the code, selected variant, relevant angles, readable ruler, and included pieces.

Shipping

“Which inputs?”

Ask for packed weight, dimensions, carton count, destination, route, provider, and estimate date.

Read the reply as a record

Copy answers into fields rather than leaving important terms inside a long chat. Save the date and identify unanswered questions. A voice note, emoji, or fast response may feel friendly, but it does not replace item identity, commercial terms, or evidence.

Protect the conversation

  • Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary identity documents
  • Do not transfer trust when the contact number changes without explanation
  • Do not accept a different product code as a minor substitution
  • Do not treat a WhatsApp profile as supplier verification
  • Do not let an expiring offer replace unanswered product questions
  • Do not assume a delivered message means the inquiry was handled

Website contact and supplier contact are different

The floating WhatsApp button is for questions about Bag Yupoo Guide. It is not a supplier contact and cannot answer questions about price, MOQ, stock, QC, payment, orders, or delivery. Send product inquiries only to the responsible external contact you have checked against the current source page.

Before pressing send

Make the next WhatsApp message easier to answer

Choose the question that helps the recipient identify one item, one quantity scenario, and the evidence you still need.

Can a WhatsApp wholesale supplier profile verify the business?

No. Messaging identity is one contact clue; business identity, product control, terms, payment route, and transaction risk require separate checks.

How should I use a WhatsApp product catalog?

Preserve the direct item and code outside the chat, confirm the variant, and ask the responder to identify the current source and quote basis.

What should I send to a China supplier WhatsApp contact first?

Send one item URL or code, exact variant, quantity, destination country, and numbered questions about MOQ, price basis, measurements, QC, packing, and shipping inputs.
