Confidence labels
Write what each QC photo actually changes
A visible detail agrees
The same code, selected color, measured span, or requested angle is readable.
A likely but incomplete match
Construction looks consistent, but identity or scale is not fully shown.
The claim exceeds the image
Authenticity, seller control, future shipping, protection, and outcome are outside the photo.
A visible mismatch appears
Code, variant, measurement, included piece, or construction differs and needs resolution.
Album photos vs QC photos
Album photos
Presentation set
Often selected to show features, color, construction, or variants. Lighting and framing may be controlled.
QC photos
Item-stage evidence
May show a particular item before a later step. Their usefulness depends on identity, timing, angles, and clarity.
How to check that photos belong to the same item
- Match the exact product code, color, size, and variant where visible.
- Compare construction points that are less likely to change with lighting.
- Check the source page and QC context for the same identifier.
- Record any mismatch as a separate variant, not a minor detail.
Category-specific details to compare
| Category | Compare in both image sets | Common missing evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Bags | Shape, base, closure, straps, hardware, interior, dimensions. | Scale reference, packed shape, material close-up. |
| Shoes | Profile, toe, heel, outsole, labels, size, pair consistency. | Insole length, interior, box inclusion. |
| Clothing | Front, back, seams, texture, detail placement, measurements. | Measurement method, fabric behavior, true color. |
| Accessories | Scale, fasteners, finish, markings, included pieces. | Length, rear view, close-up under neutral light. |
| Electronics | Model label, connectors, controls, included parts. | Functional test, compatibility, responsible warranty terms. |
Sizing and measurement evidence
Match the measurement method, not only the number. A garment width, bag dimension, insole length, and watch case size answer different questions. If the QC image uses a ruler, check its start point, angle, and whether the complete item is visible.
Image quality and missing-angle limitations
Blur, compression, strong color casts, reflections, cropping, and missing rear or interior views limit what you can conclude. Do not enhance a low-quality image in your imagination. Request a clearer or more relevant angle through the responsible external route when appropriate.
Why QC photos do not authenticate a product or seller
A QC image can show visible condition or a measurement at one moment. It cannot by itself prove origin, authenticity, seller identity, shipping outcome, refund eligibility, or buyer protection. Keep each claim tied to the evidence that actually supports it.
Checklist before approving any next step
- The identifiers, color, size, and variant match.
- The category-specific angles are present.
- Measurements use a clear method.
- Lighting and compression limits are recorded.
- The QC context is tied to the same item or source when possible.
- No claim exceeds what the photos can show.
While checking photos
Use each image to answer one visible question
Choose the issue shown by the evidence: item identity, requested angle, readable measurement, missing view, or contradiction.
What does Yupoo QC mean in a research note?
It usually refers to quality-check photos or measurements for a particular item or parcel stage. The note should name what the evidence actually shows.
What should useful Yupoo QC photos include?
Request identifiers, selected variant, category-specific angles, readable measurements, and the included pieces that matter to the decision.
Can a Yupoo quality check authenticate a product?
No. QC can show visible condition, details, or measurements, but not origin, seller identity, future shipping, protection, or authenticity by itself.
